Explore where nature abounds in our very own "Gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park". Estes Park is a mountain community where deer, elk and big horn sheep are common attractions. Leave your city worries behind! Come join us where cool mountain breezes blow and wildflowers flourish.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, with Check-out time being 10:00 am. Range Property Management’s regular business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Subletting a property is not allowed.

All facilities are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Towels and Linens are provided.
Most accommodations provide vacuums and laundry facilities. We do not guarantee laundry supplies, cleaning supplies or condiments. There is no housekeeping during your stay. We can arrange for this service-at your expense- most guests prefer not to be disturbed.

All long distance telephone calls made during your stay must be either placed on your calling card or all charges reversed.                               NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR ACCOMMODATIONS AND ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING- unless otherwise noted. If Pets are allowed there will be a fee of $10 per night plus a $150 pet deposit ($350 total- refunded once the home is cleaned and no damages or extra cleaning fees were applied), only one pet allowed per reservation. Firewood is not included, however available if ordered prior to arrival, $50 minimum, most of our convenience stores stock firewood for sale in small bundles. Due to Town Ordinances, the number and type of vehicles and the number of people per unit is limited, please inquire if you have specific questions or needs.


Deposits & Payments:

Each rental requires a $25 booking fee and $200 damage/cleaning deposit, the $225 is not applied to your rental fee. If there are no damages and/or extra charges at the time of departure, the $200.00 damage/cleaning deposit will be returned within sixty (60) days following the end of your stay (our goal is within 2 to 3 weeks). You will receive a reservation confirmation letter upon receipt of your deposit by Range Property Management, Inc. Full payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Range gladly accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and traveler's checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. All rentals are subject to a taxable rate if the reservation is for less than a one-month stay.


  2014 Rates:

Peak Season Rates May 23 to September 2 , 2014
Spring Rates May 1 to May 22, 2014
Fall Rates Sept 3 to October 6, 2014
Winter Rates*** Oct 7, 2014*** to April 30, 2015***

*** Winter Holidays Are Subject To Peak Season Pricing- ie, Weeks of Thanksgiving- Christmas and New Years

Cancellations/Refunds:

Partial refund of your damage/cleaning deposit will be made when a cancellation request is received at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival. A deduction of $50.00 will be made from any cancellation. Once within the sixty (60) day window, there are no refunds of payments, unless we are able to again rent the facility for the same period. Even if we are able to re-rent the unit, once within the sixty (60) days, the damage/cleaning deposit will be forfeited. The $25 booking fee is non-refundable.
